DropConversion 1.5.2 FAT - converts files, from a text file to a ClarisWorks or Word file, or what I have used it for is to convert entire folders (100's of images) from our QuickTake from the Photoflash format to a Photoshop PICT format. It's a small, no nonsense app, my favorite kind. Just drag the files over to the icon, and in about 20 seconds (on a 7200/90 with a L2 cache card) over a hundred files were converted. Now they open and launch Photoshop directly. A great time savings. My only caveat is that on a rare occasion, the newly converted files don't want to open in Photoshop, instead you get a "not enough memory message", so I take the precaution of first duping the folder to be converted, and test the conversion on them, before trashing the original files. It can also convert to a myriad of other formats including text and code.
